We continue to benchmark our compensation and benefits annually and strive to offer competitive pay. As part of this commitment, we provided an above-market 5% base salary increase for core team members in late 2024, and we remain dedicated to making progress toward our goal of paying above-market for core roles. Beyond compensation, we are also committed to fostering growth and career development. We have prioritized internal promotions, with nearly 900 team member advancements over the past 3.5 years, and we continue to invest in professional development opportunities. While we may not always get everything right, we are dedicated to continuous improvement and ensuring our team members feel recognized and supported. Pros

Loved the Health Catalyst way and Community! I appreciated the CEO honestly and transparency. Being a remote first company was great! I loved how employees can make changes and make a difference within the company. The fast paced environment was great! I loved the sense of community within the ATM and community events!

Cons

Long hours with changing work requirements and deadlines. Lack of a flexible work schedule. The work expectations were unrealistic. My manager provided an unsupportive environment for my career growth. My manager was micromanaging and unprofessional. I was told when I was hired that my hours would be 40 hours a week only to have to work 50-60 hours to meet work expectations.

You are correct about the importance, and difficulty, of attracting and retaining world-class talent.
