Unrealistic expectations handed down from leadership, zero work/life balance even if hourly, toxic political landscape that only worsens as you advance, corners are cut in the name of getting something done faster and you're encouraged to do the same, if you're good at your job... you will be expected to service multiple positions at the same time with little support thus you are spread incredibly thin, you will not be given a proper raise for years of loyalty and expert industry knowledge.
