      I truly can’t think of one thing

      Too many to list, this place is an HR nightmare. Sexual harassment, racism and spread of misinformation about covid seems to be the norm here .

      Pros

      Great insurance plans if you use their providers.

      Cons

      No flexible schedules, can’t use your PTO until after 90 days, if you leave before 1 year your accrued/earned PTO will not be paid out, PTO should be paid at a higher rate as it includes sick time, holidays and PTO, their explanation of “culture” is not what it actually is, pay is very low compared to other companies in the area. I’ve worked for large companies and never experienced this type of workplace.

      Pros

      Very affordable health insurance and tuition reimbursement. The best part about working here is knowing that you're helping the community.

      Cons

      Low pay for the area, not enough PTO, holidays use vacation time, and no sick time. Low employee morale, and very difficult to advance in your career. It's also hard to take time off for things like doctor's appointments, or to flex your hours due to their strict time-keeping system. I'm frequently left out of communications and activities because I fall under corporate, but work at a facility. Poor communication with staff.
