There are several employment opportunities in all areas of the company.

Cons

You hear more about the bad than good. I have had patients contact my manager and complete surveys thanking me and I never knew of this until notified by patients. You can work yourself mad for this company and it will never be enough.

Some supervisors are supportive but can't really help you Great insurance 2021 (changed insurance to Cigna 2022 and is much worse!)

Cons

-No work-life balance -Never get to use PTO unless call out sick -Too much call (they always schedule this going into your 1 day off) -Pay is terrible for expectations Management is 😩

Leadership tries to listen to feedback, but they do not truly care. They love their many applications whether the application works or not.
