      Flexible remote work, good benefits, local company, easy to use PL, Extra PL given as thank you to employees, good career growth

      Cons

      low pay compared to industry standard, low raises, no bonuses, high turn around, frequent change in processes, no overtime for salary associates

      Great management that sees you for what you do. I was not the most idea associate at times, but they were always fair with me.

      Cons

      I can't really think of a whole lot of cons. Other than of course better pay. But everyone says that.
