You’re sitting in one place all day taking calls back to back so it’s very repetitive, because of this it’s hard to be ambitious and have a real vision, it can be depressing and you will get bored doing the same thing all day in the call center environment. the pay is alright not terrible because I got a raise but still somewhat on the low end. There is a lot of work and a lot to learn/remember so the pay rate could be higher for this very reason.

Upper management would constantly stab each other in the back, it wasn't until I was promoted to a supervisor, that I watched it happen to my manager. After my promotion, I was given no resources or training on how to manage a team of case managers under an entirely new line of business. I was repeatedly told that I needed to run certain reports and fix issues that I had no idea what they were referring to. Overall I felt very supported as a case manager, however once I moved into a supervisor position I was given no tools to succeed and lead as my team needed me to.
