HealthDrive offers a great company culture that is based on positivity, respect, and equity. Management is approachable, accountable and supportive. The work is rewarding, and management does a great job recognizing the value of its employees, regardless of what role they play. High level of focus is placed on ensuring employee satisfaction and work-life balance. Pay and benefits are competitive with current market and growth opportunities are there for those who want them.

Cons

The work can be challenging given the high expectations set for quality of patient care, but extra efforts are consistently recognized and rewarded.
