Company has great mission treating needy population.

Cons

Horribly run micromanaged organization. CEO forces a toxic environment. The CEO routinely uses vulgar language and belittles staff in open forums. The culture is literally awful. CEO likes to tell you how well everyone is paid, so we “need to figure it out” and deal with undue workloads and anxiety because we should be lucky to have this job. Awful. Really bad.
