Hostile Environment - Poor Leadership and Direction.

Pros

Steady Paycheck. Plenty of work. Great service to a needy patient population.

Cons

Overzealous power hungry Corporate leadership. CEO thinks he is running a Fortune 500 company. Upper Management is completely out of touch with reality and leads by intimidation and fear tactics. Promises are routinely made and rarely carried out.

Stressful Place to Work

Pros

There isn't much that I like about this job. It is nice that they buy bagels on Fridays.

Cons

This job is the most stressful job I have ever had. You don't get paid very much. The workload is unmanageable for 1 person. Unrealistic expectations. The management doesn't know what they are doing, and they have their employees deal with things that are way above their pay grade.

Good location for me, coworkers are great. Occasional food brought in the morning for everyone.

Cons

Disconnected management that has a tendency to stretch the truth. Pay is below average. Customers get ignored unless they are screaming.
