Notice the similar wording. “None that I can think of” Schedule flexibility.

Cons

It’s HQ vs providers mentality. When you ask for something you need to do your job you are merely inconveniencing them. They will schedule you at a nursing home but not tell the nursing home. No 401k match. Minimal training.

Pros

Management truly cares about their patients and their employees. The list of generosity and help to employees is amazing. Paid employees health insurance 100% for 6 months during Covid-19, Furloughed employees still accrued PTO. Open door policy from all management. Management made many sacrifices during Covid-19 to help the hourly employees.
