HealthDrive is a company with a clear and positive purpose. It seeks to improve the quality of life of many seniors and people with disabilities throughout the county by bringing qualified professionals directly to nursing facilities for treatment. The company provides a strong foundation with a week of training and mentorship program. The hours are flexible and you are compensated for expenses and gas. In addition, the company provides great benefits. You are given a patient list daily and can work at your own pace when providing patient care. You will work at several different nursing homes which helps break up the monotony of the same work schedule.

Cons

Driving times range daily depending on the facility in which you are scheduled.

From the moment I started at HealthDrive, I saw that the company was truly a well-led and well-run team. They have an excellent, well-defined corporate structure starting at the top. Each department works well with each other and really puts providers in the best position to succeed in treating their patients. Once you're hired, they do whatever they can to keep you and make sure you're satisfied. They have great benefits for full-time employees.

Cons

Working in nursing homes and long-term care facilities can be challenging at times; Commutes can be a long distance at times

You must be a self starter to work at health drive . You must be willing to navigate the waters nursing home life and act with humility at all times
