      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time working at HealthDrive; I worked there for about a year and had to leave for personal reasons. The department I was in was a great fit for me, my work was something that was challenging and rewarding. It was nice having opportunities to work overtime and at the same time not feeling pressured to do so. The benefits were good for me, I especially liked the FSA program. Overall, I believe this company is going in the right direction and would be happy to return.

      Cons

      The only con has nothing to do with the company: I had a really long commute.

      Pros

      None that I can think of; this company is awful, degrading, and unprofessional. I will not be surprised if they go under.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional! Overheard a superior talking to a client via phone. When he hung up-he then called the client a derogatory name, and spoke ill of her. Management consists of all men-gender biased to say the least.

      I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. I'm sure there are opportunities to work with people on more professional communication and I would suggest bringing up concerns to either your manager or to the VP of HR. I'm sure she would be glad to listen and attend to your concerns. I would also point someone to our current org chart which reflects a number of females in leadership roles in the company ranging from Managers to Directors to two of our corporate VPs.

      Pros

      Good location for me, coworkers are great. Occasional food brought in the morning for everyone.

      Cons

      Disconnected management that has a tendency to stretch the truth. Pay is below average. Customers get ignored unless they are screaming.
