: I enjoy coming to work each day. My daily responsibilities are challenging and fast paced. I am given the freedom to make critical decisions and I do not feel micro-managed. In my role I get to work very closely with the Physicians, and I feel that I am gaining valuable experience in an office management role. This is an environment that is fun and rewarding. Management is understanding and flexible with my out of work needs, such as child care commitments. The company acknowledges those that do a good job, and I have been nominated for employee of the quarter multiple times. There are numerous activities planned. My favorite is the summer BBQ. Our CEO is energetic and the company is growing, and it is exciting to be a part of and contribute to. I see myself working here for a very long time!

Cons

I wish we had more opportunity to interact with our patients. Seeing how what we do helps them makes this all worth it!
