Pros

HealthDrive is a very stable and continually growing company that has been in business since 1989. I have been employed with HealthDrive for 4 years and know that I will retire from here. Management is supportive, available, and truly want you to succeed. The company supports a work/life balance. I have never worked at another company that I truly felt at home.

Cons

None to speak about. If you see something that needs changes or processes that need efficiency, management is always open for suggestions and ideas.

Pros

HealthDrive offers an excellent work-life balance with strong administrative support. Even as a remote employee, I feel very connected to the team thanks to a collaborative, communicative environment. The onboarding and day-to-day processes are clear and streamlined, making it easy to focus on recruiting providers to feel the same way!

Cons

Occasional communication delays between departments, but leadership is responsive and open to feedback

Pros

Fantastic training, Management support and accessibility. Business analytics and tools are first rate. CRM system is perfect. The company has a very welcoming culture and teamwork is practiced by everyone.

Cons

Only cover 18 states and should expand to cover more.
