      Pros

      When I started working at HealthDrive, I was looking for a short-term job solution, but I have now been here for 4 years! I was promoted within my first year, and my manager and team continue to help me grow and foster my potential. Plus, people here genuinely care about each other and look out for each other -- it's a wonderful feeling working for a company like HealthDrive.

      Cons

      There have been some gaps in communication in the past, but this past year, the company leaders have really improved the communication outlets and overall transparency.

      Pros

      One of the biggest pros of working here is our supportive and inclusive culture. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, grow professionally, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. With transparent leadership, good benefits, and a strong sense of purpose, we’re proud to be a place where people enjoy coming to work.

      Cons

      The company can be hesitant to adopt new processes, which sometimes affects efficiency and innovation, but I can see that they are making great strides in the right direction. Communication also has had gaps, but leadership is working hard to implement new strategies to overcome this as well.
