Joining HealthDrive was the right move for me. It was important for me to work with a team who has a passion and enables others to thrive. Compassion, Respect, Reliability, and Integrity are just a few reasons I've enjoyed becoming part of such an outstanding team!

Pros

Management truly cares about their patients and their employees. The list of generosity and help to employees is amazing. Paid employees health insurance 100% for 6 months during Covid-19, Furloughed employees still accrued PTO. Open door policy from all management. Management made many sacrifices during Covid-19 to help the hourly employees.

I feel supported both personally and professionally which I have never experienced before. I have been recognized for my hard work, during a time when I needed it the most. Forever grateful for this company, not sure they will ever know how much I appreciate getting a job here.
