Pros
At all levels of the company, HealthDrive employees are friendly and approach the duties with a "can do" attitude. Many of the jobs at the corporate office exist solely to make the Doctor's lives easier and to allow them to focus on the quality of patient care. The company is invested in the mission of improving the lives of individuals in nursing and long-term care facilities and they are doing just that. The corporate office is conveniently located in MetroWest and makes for an easy commute. Upper management is truly invested in creating a positive workplace and finding a true work/life balance.
Cons
Many of the jobs at HealthDrive have not changed much over the years so this job is likely suited more for someone who likes to have a clear defined role with proper instruction and guidance. This might not be the best fit for creative types or people who like to do things differently from the proven method.
