Pros

Remote work was an option and unlimited sick time.

Cons

Leadership does not care about anybody in the company. CTO takes too many risks to save money. The CTO does not care about his employees below.

Pros

The only positive about this company is the health insurance; everything else falls short.

Cons

Work Environment As a full-time employee, you may need to work more than 12 hours a day, and the workload can feel overwhelming. It can be hard to maintain a good work-life balance, especially on weekdays. The job market is uncertain, which makes changing roles more difficult. Some managers, especially Indian managers, can come across as rude and may not respond well when questions or concerns are raised. They hold grudges and try to hurt
