      Fake Best company to work in Boston.

      Seriously nothing to say. Nightmare!

      Cons

      Where to start? HR don't have any clue how to treat people. Top Management bringing less experienced people from company called EPIC and they don't know ABC of management. It used to have great leaders in past few years and it is completely changed now.. Don't fall into any old reviews. Be aware! You have many great companies in Boston.

      Pros

      Strong financial backing. Solid E2E connection strategy vision. Desire to be best in class. CEO's vision is aligned with industry trends.

      Cons

      HR decisions are not always savvy. Bonus structure favors executives instead of knowledge workers. As a producer in the 4P healthcare industry, HealthEdge clients, especially small health plan are difficult to handle. Their price elasticity is none existent yet they are very aggressive to demand custom work.
