Good work-life balance, Best class salary, good hikes, reachable higher management, continue communication on what is happening, strong customer base, best for individual contributors

Cons

It's a product company so you won't have tens of reporters like a service organization, still maturing on the process so you would see people trying to reinvent the wheel

The culture at Healthedge is good. They provide guidance for career growth. Good work life balance. Twice in a year EPICs to understand growth parameters.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth in skills. You would have to actively seek out opportunities if you want to learn new technologies. Healthedge has its own private network data centers. This could be pro or con depending on what you are looking for
