      Pros

      HealthEquity is good to their people. They encourage use of PTO and offer unlimited PTO for salary positions. They have good benefits.

      Cons

      Very little training tools, no career paths, poor communication between departments. Systems are outdated. Resources are impossible to find.

      Healthy community to share ideas and grow within the company. Company is continually changing and growing, As an employee, you will part of that growth

      Always something to do which at times can be overwhelming - but many employees have voiced they'd rather have more work to do than not enough!

      An Excellent Place to Work!

      Pros

      Employer is interactive with employee development and promotion. Employer values integrity and service. Great benefits package. Extremely generous personal leave and paid holidays Friendly supportive work environment. Bonus and incentives available.

      Cons

      It would be nice to make more per hour but all the other benefits go a long way to make up the difference.
