Great people, great vision. Many advantages to empower employee knowledge and etc. great bonus structures and ESSP awards.

Cons

Not a Good 401k plan. Max investment is 22500. No ability to max out the plan to 61k as IRS allows. No ability to have an ESSP program..

HR favors bad managers with no leadership skills over lower level employees that are mistreated, misguided and treated like trash. I tell everyone that asks me about this company that it should be called “Hell Equity”.
