Pros

I have a great team, although we are very siloed.

Cons

There has been a lot of organizational instability happening from lay-offs and depts being eliminated and replaced with "overseas outsourcing." This has caused much internal strife and instability during a time when resources are already constrained.

Pros

Benefits, Remote, Great Hours (If you do good work), PTO, VTO,

Cons

Employee calls for FSA, and HRA. You take at least 80 calls a day or 100 during open enrollment. About 80% of the call are from Angry members who don't understand FSA and HRA.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear you value the flexibility, benefits, and time-off opportunities. We know open enrollment and FSA/HRA calls can be challenging. They’re also such an important part of helping our members better understand their accounts. We appreciate the care and patience you bring to every interaction.
