      Pros

      HealthEquity looks out for their employees as well as all of their members. They really want what is best and that means educating members on consumer driven health care.

      Cons

      I have yet to find any negative items with HealthEquity. If you get the chance to work here or have an HSA through here then do it!

      The culture at HealthEquity is great. Management really keep the employees in mind when making decision that impact the company. They also do a lot of fun things throughout the year that are geared towards the employees and their families.

      Technology could be better.

      Pros

      Great people who care about service to members and each other Growing company that reinvests in itself to sustain growth Great high level leaders Fun company, family friendly events and activities Our services are great and make a difference for our customers They actually measure stuff like internal promotion rate and internal referral rate

      Cons

      Because of the rapid growth and commitment to internal promotions, some first time people leaders are inexperienced and learning along the way. That can be tough, but I do like that the company allows it.
