      Pros

      hour flexibility. Project oriented, not hour oriented. Good coworkers who are friendly and willing to help. Management does not micromanage, allowing me to work and get crap done. This place has a whole lotta free food!!!

      Occasional late nights dealing with financial closes.

      Pros

      Good if you're not in member services. Departments don't talk with each other enough and member services gets to deal with all the issues in the company.

      Cons

      The company tries to treat employees well but is experiencing a lot of growing pains and isn't keeping up too well with the demand of its customers. The CEO sent out an email about the same sex marriage ruling declaring his joy and excitement. Ironically anything regarding religion would have probably been seen as hate speech.
