      Pros

      Hardworking co-workers with a passion for exceeding expectations. Learning around every curve and an abundance of willingness to share. I enjoy working on this team, there is something new every day.

      Cons

      A lot of information but not a lot of organization behind it. Efforts are being made to fix this, but solutions are not always user friendly in terms of locating answers. No longer a one-stop resolution shop. You have to rely heavily on others to completed what you previously had been able to accomplish yourself.

      Pros

      HealthEquity is in a market that will continue to serve the population greatly. The opportunities are endless as an organization and have huge potential to satiate the needs of a greater purpose.

      Cons

      As a young organization, you will encounter gaps in process and responsibility. This can also be a great opportunity for those who take advantage of the deficiency, but only if you are also given credence to participate at such a level.
