      Worst Company Ever

      2, 15 minute paid breaks. The benefits

      Cons

      When you need help the supervisors respond 10-15 minutes late regarding the customers issue, The supervisors are not understanding at all when it comes to personal things affecting your work life, you will be told last minute to work mandatory overtime. The customers are very rude. The pay is not worth the verbal abuse.

      Great Benefits, Poor Training

      Pros

      Benefits are amazing. HSA matching, 401k, Stock Options. Salary employees receive unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Training experience is terrible which leads to a lot of confusion and chaos within the company. Resources/procedures are hard to find. There's also been a lot of change in executive management in the last few years which has led to some unease in the company.
