Nice benefits, including bonuses, and some stock options.

Cons

They eliminated my job after 15 years of dedicated service. I was two years away from retirement. And so they also knew I would not be able to get another job in my field based on my age if they truly cared about people, they would have offered me an early retirement. At the end of the day you are only a salary. I talk so highly of them while I work there to friends, family and coworkers. Very disappointing that I no longer have much positive to say anymore.

That transformation has unfortunately necessitated reductions in force in our Technology Department that helped us realign our skill strategy with our future-state vision. Those decisions were made carefully, applying specific business criteria, by the appropriate senior leaders, and we provided generous severance packages that hopefully assisted with your transition to other work opportunities. Pros

Pockets of great people to work with (depending on which department you work). Awesome founder who is still very engaged. Competitive benefits. As a whole, the company does care about its team members.

Cons

It's not across the board, but some leaders are toxic. They do not live up to the Purple culture espoused across the company. Instead of living Purple, they weaponize it. At the same time, they set poor examples to others-- propagating toxic sub-cultures. Also, there's a lot of self aggrandizing on the part of certain leaders. It's always their way or the wrong way. In my opinion, that's why you keep seeing job postings. it's to backfill positions left by many talented people.
