Health Equity has been the the top of my list of companys that truly value their culture and maintain work-life balance for their employees. Their benefit is really good and they strive to improve it every year

Cons

Engineering lacks curiosity, enthusiasm, and drive to make our code base better. The goal is to just get things done, not get things done right.

Work from home (Work/Life balance) Fair and comparable compensation for each department Family oriented environment A business that helps people (health benefits company) Management keeps us engaged and in the loop on business status and new processes Job role that absolutely allows me to use my skills and strengths Job culture is professional and very interpersonal Frequent awards (Motivosity bucks, gift cards, bonuses, etc...) Observance of all major holidays Vacation and volunteer time added with each pay cycle (of which that they urge us to use) Business has grown exponentially every year since I welcomed as an employee 6 years ago Company outings to baseball games, parties, fun events Diversity Great leadership from CEO down to the supervisors Internal as well as external promotions Yearly performance-based raises The job is more like a career (you can pave your own future here)

Cons

Only con I have is I wish I had joined the company sooner! I honestly have nothing negative to say, nor do I have any critique that I believe may be beneficial... Real talk!
