Pros

Great benefits - given inflation over the years, HealthEquity's decision makers has covered some expenses and avoided major increase in medical and dental insurance. Compensation is above average and every team member who is meeting expectations of their daily functions receive a bonus. From previous employers only a percentage of the workforce were bonus eligible. Worklife balance with remote work has allowed most to stay healthy both physically and mentally.

Cons

No cons just suggestions to management to improve some internal processes.

Health Equity can be a great place to work. They support their employees and give back to the community. I enjoy that I am able to work from home and can experience other department views.

Cons

It does take a person with good work ethics and hard work as being a representative of this company to our members is important and reflects on the company as a whole.
