Great co-workers but Exec Team is out-of-touch

Pros

My teammates and working remote are the only things that make the job bearable

Cons

Exec Team is out-of-touch making countless bad decisions from their Ivory Tower without first gaining insights from their employees that are on the front lines; the company doesn't pay nor give the appropriate raises at market level; we continue to lose great people that were highly knowledgeable causing countless system and process issues throughout the company that impact our clients on a daily basis and our front line people are left holding the bag/making excuses with clients. Clients are getting wise

Ok Job, Jerk Executives

Pros

Opportunity to choose work schedule. Company-sponsored Lagoon trip

Cons

Super out of touch executives. Despite explaining policies to customers, management shifted the goal posts ("You need to be more confident")--instead of just acknowledging the problem. Often times, company tried to blame some other party for difficult situations. Often times, companies promote Pride month in an effort to encourage employees. As a Christian, the overt pandering based on sexual orientation and gender identity made me feel unwelcome.

Pros

The mission of the company is honorable and the products provided are important benefits for Americans.

Cons

The company preaches extensively about their wonderful culture and beats you over the head with it. Unfortunately, you're just a number in their game of profit or loss. The HR leadership seems to believe they have it all figured out; getting rid of anyone who might be daring enough to provide a different perspective. It was an amazing show of arrogance.
