      Pros

      I hold a remote position (very important) Huge benefits Great pay So much respect and fun engaging with managers and team members Great work-life balance

      Cons

      I have thought this through and really can't find any systematic process that designed to work against my interest. We have access to all departments and management including whistle blower hotlines to report every action that works against the company culture.

      Pros

      Amazing Culture that prioritizes Work/Life Balance Leaders that actually care and interact with you with purpose and respect. Co-workers that support each other In a remote culture, they are great at providing genuine ways for employees to connection to one another. (I have never felt more connected to my co-workers)

      Cons

      Honestly, I have nothing other than I would love to get the opportunity to maybe go out to Utah and meet some team member at some point. I love remote work but if I was close to a work location, I would go in every once in a while, just to see and interact with the amazing people I work with. (People that know me knows this is saying a lot because I never like going anywhere, lol)
