      Going in the Right Direction

      Pros

      The flow of the work is great. Helping clients, proud to say I work here. HealthEquity is highly recognized for Programs they offer, when I tell people what I do they say oh yes, they do our benefits.

      Cons

      I feel like we are turning into the Wal-Mart of Employer benefits programs. Growth is good and brand recognition is also awesome. Now look how Wal-Mart is now- please don't lose sight of your purple culture and turn us into self-checkouts and replace us with AI technology as your prime source of conducting business. Our co-workers, customers and Employers need that human interaction with care and empathy. Automated systems are good to help people get connected but not to another automated system. Don't lose sight of what we really do-The Human experience.
