HE really takes the time to show that they care about all of their employees. The pay is great. Medical Benefits are some of the best. Most people here really have bought into our PURPLE culture.

Cons

I have been here 7 years and since HE has come in I honestly can't think of any cons. This truly is a great place to work.

The culture used to be amazing.

Cons

The culture is awful, coworkers are manipulative and end up stabbing you in the back more often than not. The amount of high school-level drama here is ridiculous.
