Pros

Pay and benefits are good and the people are even better. Leadership and management are always available and open to discussion. HealthFusion has room for growth and looks inward for the right persons to advance in those positions (lots of personal growth). The engineering and technical departments are a great place to be! Lots of interesting work and you aren't just working on a button - you get to work on all of the modules!

Cons

With the steady growth, space seems to limited and moving of desks is happening more often that preferred. Expect a lot of priorities as governances (outside of HealthFusion's control) seems to be the driver.

Great benefits, good work environment, stays interesting with industry changes and system evolution, working with physicians on a daily basis is both challenging and rewarding, office has some ocean views, coworkers are pleasant and a fairly young environment

Cons

industry changes rapidly, working with physicians can be stressful as they demand a lot, as with any sales job their is always a grind and work to be done, office could use some updating

Pros

The office location on Rios has great Solana Beach amenities within walking distance which is a HUGE perk. You can walk to the beach within minutes, try doing that in some lame business park. There's tons of great lunch spots and cafes within just a couple blocks to hit. There's a very diverse group of employees from all parts of the world and are super cool. Upper management actually listens to you if you present a good idea, which was kinda a new thing for me coming from my old job, very refreshing. Overall highly recommended.

Cons

Nothing really to report. Sometimes the sun can be bright coming off the ocean in the afternoon, but I just adjust the blinds and it's fine.
