Management thinks they are elite and use employees until they are worn out Horrible training No respect for personal time There is an in crowd and an out crowd Completely lie to customers - especially when it comes to implementing the product Outrageously over priced implementation Mean spirited management Bad reputation in the market Mediocre salary for the time spent working MICROMANAGING!!! Zero respect or trust of employees This place is a sinking ship. They can't come close to their sales number so they are actively trying to sell the company. Do yourself a favor and read these reviews. The negative ones are true and real. The positive are written by management and HR!

Pros

For the most part the job doesn't bleed into personal hours, depending on your position and ability to set work life balance.

Cons

Team members who under-perform are kept on the team and drag down the better players. Every customer is unhappy and employees are very limited in what they can do because of internal politics, thus leading to a lower standard of work. Senior management seems to only be concerned about their own financial gain and not the longevity and happiness of their employees and company. Pay is significantly under market value.

It is a job It provides a paycheck Good place to learn from mistakes of others

Cons

HMX is a place where they promote the 'yes' people not the folks that present 'reality' and solutions to those issues. They like the folks that own rose colored glasses. They give an average pay increase of 2% to a salaries that are way under industry standard.
