Pros

Benefit package, casual dress, can work from home when needed

Cons

Large turnover, management is constantly changing and reorganizing, very little opportunity for promotions and advancements.

Pros

Good benefits Casual dress and environment Good place to learn, good stepping stone There are some good, smart people in this company with good ideas

Cons

Negative environment. Personnel are overworked and used up, which is much different that being fast-paced. High turnover puts strain on everyone The attitude seems to be to grow the company and sell it (again). Not enough time/money is spent on skill or career development, and employees are treated as temporary...which is usually self fulfilling Salaries low compared to responsibilities and similar local employers New senior management has brought in former associates, limiting internal advancement opportunities and negating some of that growth opportunity

Poor communication, ignores employees

Pros

Semi flexible schedule, casual dress, good knowledge among front line employees. Generally casual work environment, including recreation areas on campus.

Cons

Communication is generally poor and inconsistent. Employee surveys are conducted "anonymously", however enough identifying information is collected that it would be possible to narrow down who's survey it was to two or three employees. Negative results are explained away by saying employees didn't understand the questions. Far too many meetings to be conducive to productivity. Management equates talking at employees to communicating. There is an honesty problem with communication, also.
