- management always had something better to do - materials for children kept behind closed doors to be signed out - broken couches in rooms for children

Pros

It was a privilege to learn from skilled, knowledgeable therapists across diverse settings— inpatient, outpatient, and home health. Exposure to variety of settings, inpatient, outpatient, and home health.

Cons

Over time shorter treatment times, higher patient volumes, more documentation, and group sessions. High productivity, poor work/life balance, compensation is not competitive and no raises.
