      Pros

      Facility is nice, good census.

      Cons

      Ridiculous pre-employment requirements that must be redone yearly. Upper management does not care about individuals in the field. No paid holidays, must work or use PTO time.

      They pay a high hourly wage.

      Cons

      No respect for employees , high productivity expectations,will transfer you to different locations without notice or taking into consideration the distance you have to drive. Poor benefit package.
