This company is greedy. I am expected to perform my job at a high productivity standard, however I do not have my own computer to perform my job efficiently. Therapists either have to bill fraudulent or work for free to meet the company's productivity standards. It's unethical. What ever happened to quality care of therapy that these patients deserve? Patients are complaining that the therapists are always on their computers ignoring the patients. The directors of rehab receive bonuses if the therapy department meets the "quota" for the month. Health Pro is not a company I would recommend.

They expect you to randomly come in on the weekends, but won't tell you until Friday at 5pm or text you randomly on a Saturday. Therefore, you're expected to be on call for free and are unable to make any plans. They do not care about their employees as we did not even receive a Christmas card this year. In addition, you are expected to work on holidays with no incentive. They will tell you at your orientation that you can work either the Sunday before or the Saturday after (if you want Christmas day, Thankskiving, etc, off), however, they will later on say that you still have to come in due to ARD dates. They also told us that if Med B patients cancelled due to inclement weather that we have to go to them. It definitely makes me feel like they don't care about their employees one bit.

Company that puts patients and compliance first! Great leadership team that stays on top of all the changes that are part of our market.
