Pros
Did not find any for the short period of time that I worked for this company.
Cons
Hired as full-time but averaged 15 hrs a week. Extensive driving to multiple buildings for 1-2 visits. High productivity expectations with no resources. No autonomy and expected to see patients for excessive number of visits even if not appropriate just to generate more $. Questionable ethics and high turnover. Typical contract company that cares only about profit and nothing else!
