      Working with wonderful patients and their families

      Cons

      Decisions made by leadership are out of touch with Operations at the clinic level. Decisions made by RCA implemented without thought and made without understanding of ramifications of said decisions. There’s a complete disconnect and general feeling that corporate doesn’t care.

      The kids and families are amazing; however, management can be difficult to deal with. Some BCBA’s are wonderful and others are very uninvolved.
