Great paid time off and work life balance. Fair pay and excellent benefits

Cons

Can be a bit “clicky” in who gets promoted etc and Human Resources there was a bit strange. Many time the hiring managers would ask for all the resumes as they would exclude candidates for strange reasons

HealthPartners must need charismatic individuals in the leadership.

Cons

Open session racism at Security Engineering by the manager himself and I have a video to prove it. Very toxic work environment. HealthPartners is refusing to collaborate with DWD, so that I cannot get my Unemployment Insurance benefit
