Healthcare * Benefits * Culture * Schedule * Flexibility HealthPartners is concerned with their employees whole life wellness. The culture at HealthPartners is supportive and individual needs are always considered. They pay is good and the benefits are great.

Cons

Minnesota is cold! It would be a perfect fit if HealthPartners were in a warmer climate, but we can't have everything.

HealthPartners has a great culture and lots of wonderful people to work with. This organization is really serious about providing quality healthcare and insurance to patients and members. It is a collaborative workplace where good ideas are listened to and implemented.
