Pros

Wonderful company culture with emphasis on employee assistance and wellbeing. Insurance is AMAZING! Normal 401k match. PTO is emphasized and accrues quickly if salaried.

Cons

Poor pay. Can't keep up with a low cost of living on the wages without having a second or third job. Set timelines for climbing the ladder - even if qualified/proven to be capable of growth.
