Intimidating on first call after that it’s just a matter of helping people out. You have to know your facts though because your job is very critical to people from a vulnerable population healthcare needs and prescriptions.
Cons
You will be reprimanded if you mess around with peoples healthcare. This job is not for the weak or scattered. You must know your facts. You will be dealing with important things on the phone with people. You must know what your talking about. There are consequences if you don’t both on a moral level as well as a financial level. You also must not mind sitting fir long stretches of time while inside a cubicle box.
