Everything. Company is really interested in hiring for AEP. Then people are laid off without paying AEP bonus. They also tier their calls and carriers so everyone doesn’t have the same opportunity, then they release you before they pay the AEP bonus.

pay never goes up year after year

Lots of extra work with no additional pay. A raise of .75 cents in a year, Changing supervisors and teams every few months. Very quick to fire, not quick to help. Strict over minimal wording requirements.

Terrible pay and small commission. Their expectations are extremely high for what they pay. $19 hr and $10 an app. During slow season you may get 1 sale a week. Their QA is completely unreasonable and hardly anyone passes it. Which they take 25% of your commission if you don’t pass their impossible expectations. They go back and forth on what’s acceptable or not and expect you to read their minds. On top of that the benefits suck. If you want health insurance get ready to spend half your check on it.
