      Good Overall

      Pros

      Friendly culture, a lot of transparency from upper executives, frequent company updates and all hands. This is a good environment for gaining experience managing implementations, especially if it is new to your career path.

      Cons

      The legacy software platforms are dated/complicated to understand, it was clearly stated we did not need to learn them during hiring and that was not the case. The internal processes in implementation change frequently and sometimes are introduced before they are fully formed leading to confusion. Pay is not competitive and benefits left a lot to be desired.
