We are sorry to hear that your experience after employment did not meet expectations. We strive to provide a supportive and responsive experience for both current and former employees. For clarification, W-2 forms are made available through our HRIS system, which former employees do have access to. In addition to that access, questions related to W2s are managed by our payroll team. That said, we are always willing to help point individuals in the right direction if they are having difficulty accessing their documents. We are committed to continuously improving our processes.
