Fantastic CEO, mission, vision, and values

Cons

Leadership at all levels below the CEO seems dysfunctional. Teamwork among the many dynamics that make up the company is very splintered throughout. There are some in the company who do a lot of work for the benefit of the mission/vision, but many who do not.
